Monk Endgame --- armor, weapons, Fissure and UW missions
I finished the game with my primary Monk a few wks ago, ran a bunch of fissure missions, a few in UW, with PUGs, joined a guild that doesn't PvP a lot.
I'm really amazed by the lack of anything at the end for Monks?
Did I miss something? I have yet to see a valueable (gold) Scepter/Rod/Staff. I also have seen nothing dropped that would help me at all in the Fissure or UW missions, of course I can salvage and sell.
I've capped a few of the elite skills, but wondered if someone could point me to that Max Damage Staff? or Godly Vestment/Pants/whatever

The best armor in the game comes from Droknar's Forge. There are some functionally equivilent, alternative graphic versions available, but Droknar's is the standard.
The best caster weapons come from collectors. The alternative graphics really aren't all that so you don't see people throwing tons of money at them. But the real rub is that staves are much more rare than swords, axes, hammers, and bows. Only mobs of the appropriate caster class will drop a focus or staff, and even then they're just as likely to give you a sword or bow as a staff. On top of that, a good rare staff is next to impossible to find. You're not just looking for a top rare with one perfect mod, but a rare staff with two perfect mods. Those effectively never drop.
So just use the collector staves.
Anyway, once you've finished the missions, the PvE endgame is the Underworld and Fissure. That's really about it.
Meh.
Peace,
-CxE

You're not going to be able to find that much to do as a monk once you've beaten the storyline in terms of PVE. The rest of the game is really geared towards getting into PVP. Try and do a few 4v4 matches and see if you like it; If you do, you'll be set for a month.

Thanks for all the help, I have started more PvP with finally a good Guild that has ppl online when I play!!!. My complaint was really that Fissure and UW seemed to have kind of lame drops for monks.....
BTW which collectors?
